We Are Seeking: Paralegal/Legal Assistant (Fresno Office – In Person)
The ideal candidate will have:
- A paralegal certificate* or meet the criteria set forth in Business & Professions Code sec. 6450
- 3-5 years litigation experience in matters before State, Federal, Appellate Courts, and preferably administrative agencies
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in maintaining multiple attorney calendars as well as case management of active files
- A working knowledge of Word, WordPerfect, Essential Forms, and Outlook software
- Experience in preparing and proofreading correspondence
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience in researching local rules and court filings in various counties
*Paralegal certificate is preferred but not required
