September 13, 2023 – Coleman & Horowitt, LLP, is pleased to announce that McLain PC, a long-time Irvine litigation boutique has become part of Coleman & Horowitt, LLP, with offices at 1 Park Plaza, Suite 600, Irvine, California 92614. Erik M. McLain, president of McLain PC, will become a partner and managing attorney of the Irvine office.
Mr. McLain is a graduate of St. Johns University and received his law degree from Whittier Law School. An experienced trial lawyer, Mr. McLain will continue to represent businesses and individuals in business, complex commercial, banking, real estate, unfair competition, intellectual property, probate and employment litigation in state and federal courts as well as arbitration and mediation. Existing firm members Darryl J. Horowitt and Gregory J. Norys will also provide services out of the Irvine office.
